Yes - live postings are what make the tailoring useful. The language, requirements, and emphasis in a real job ad are what your resume gets matched to. Closed or archived postings may not have enough detail to work from properly.

Standard turnaround is a few business days from when I confirm your spot. Premium includes priority turnaround, which puts you at the front of the queue. If you have an urgent deadline, mention it in the timeline field and I'll do my best.
