1. Who We Are

Resumes by Archy is operated by ArchyDoes. You can reach us at support@archydoes.com.

2. What We Collect

When you interact with the @ResumesByArchyBot Telegram bot, we may collect:

• Telegram user ID — a numeric identifier assigned by Telegram to your account.
• Telegram username — your @handle, if you have one set.
• Resume content — the PDF files or text you upload for tailoring.
• Job descriptions — the job listing text you provide when requesting a tailored resume.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information beyond the above.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process your resume tailoring requests via the Google Gemini AI API.
• To manage your credit balance and subscription status.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To respond to support requests.
• To maintain service security and prevent abuse.

We do not use your resume content or job descriptions to train AI models. Your data is passed to the Gemini API solely to generate your tailored output.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in JSON files on servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). GCP infrastructure is subject to Google's security and compliance practices.

By using the bot, you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside your country of residence.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data — including uploaded resumes and job descriptions — for a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission. After that period, it is automatically deleted from our servers.

Payment records are retained as required by Stripe and applicable financial regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the bot:

• Telegram — the messaging platform through which the bot operates. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini API — used to process and tailor your resume content. Subject to Google's API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — used to process all payments. Stripe handles payment data under their own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Google Cloud Platform — server infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data at any time.
• Object to how we process your data.

To exercise any of these rights, send the /support command in the bot, or contact us directly at support@archydoes.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

8. Data Deletion Requests

You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time by sending the /support command in the bot and asking for data deletion. We will process your request promptly, typically within 5 business days.

Note that even without a manual request, all data is automatically purged after 30 days.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted storage. However, no system is perfectly secure. If you become aware of any security issue, please contact us at support@archydoes.com.

10. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
